Meet Rich D’Amico
President and CEO
Prior to forming National Product Services in 1999, Rich D’Amico served as President, Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer and General Counsel for various healthcare organizations across the country. Today Rich is continuing to take our company in new directions. Under his leadership, NPS is constantly building on its reputation as the nation’s #1 retail service and assembly provider.
With every new customer, Rich encourages his team to bring a sense of ownership to the job. He wants them to take care of customer's needs as if they were our own.
Rich is a leader who cares deeply about our customers' success and demands that our performance always exceeds their expectations. "At the end of the day, I want everybody to succeed -- our clients, our employees, and our company."
Rich received his J.D. from Rutgers University and his B.S. degree from Villanova University. While Rich is proud of this great company and its long standing success in a demanding industry, he is most proud of his family. Rich is based out of Dallas, TX where he lives with his wife Beatriz and their 3 sons.

Meet Marvin Austin
Executive VP of Operations
“Thanks for being a part of the solution” – is the famous line you will often hear him say and Marvin has definitely been a solution for this company. Over a decade ago he joined the IMPACT division and has held a variety of positions, allowing him to be a key driver in multiple areas of our business. As our most successful Executive Vice President of Operations, Marvin is responsible for all customer service functions, field operations, industry relations and for overseeing all NPS subsidiaries.
Since elevating into this role, Marvin has helped our organization outperform and out execute the major competitors.
While not only a champion here at work, Marvin’s wife Angela and three sons think he’s pretty great too! Marvin earned his Bachelor’s Degree and MBA from Oglethorpe University.
Meet Scott Murphy
Executive VP of Sales and Marketing
Scott has over 35 years of experience, multiple certifications and accolades driving his knowledge and expertise in the sales and marketing arena. As head of our sales division, Scott leads a team of dedicated professionals responsible for delivering the industry’s highest quality business sales opportunities.
He approaches every project determined to go the extra mile during the bidding process and finds innovative ways to deliver the highest quality of service at the lowest cost. Scott’s ability to understand the customer’s perspective ensures a smooth transition from the contract negotiation process up until services are managed by our project team.
Scott received his B.A. degree in Business Administration from Parsons College. Outside of the office Scott enjoys spending time on the golf course and being with his wife Janice and their three children.
Meet Chris Olson
Chief Financial Officer
Chris joined NPS in 2001 as the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions soon advancing through a series of positions of increased responsibility, becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2006. Chris has played an integral role in many strategic and operating initiatives, including the acquisition of Huffy Service First.
In his current capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of NPS’s finance function including accounting, controllership, strategic planning and analysis, tax, treasury, audit, and investor relations.
Chris received his M.B.A. and his B.S. in International Economics, both from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. He currently resides in Frisco, TX with his wife and 2 daughters.
Angie Gray
Director of Training and Development
Angie joined the IMPACT division of National Product Services over 8 years ago. As the company grew, so did her role. Today she oversees the newly established Training and Development Department which supports the employee development needs of all divisions. She oversees the implementation of the organization's training programs as well as its branding initiatives.
She and her team of professionals work hard to provide our organization's leaders with the resources and guidance for developing high-performance teams that consistently achieve successful results for our customers.
Angie received her BA in Human Resources from Peace College in Raleigh, NC. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband Jack.
Meet Kent Southerland
Director of Information Technology
Kent leads a team of highly specialized IT professionals dedicated to providing customers and employees with an IT infrastructure that is both secure and available. Kent joined NPS in 1999 as our Director of Information Technology. Prior to joining NPS, Kent served as Vice President of IT for the Henry S. Miller Corporation and Vice President of Development for a software development company.
Along with his capable team, Kent maintains remote networks in our offices covering multiple locations.
Kent received his B.S. degree in Management with a computer science minor, from the University of Texas at Arlington. When away from work, Kent enjoys the outdoors, cooking and spending time with his wife Betty.
Meet Rich Mitchell
General Counsel
Rich serves as head legal counsel for the organization’s legal and risk management department and is responsible for all aspects of National Product Services’ legal affairs. Rich has been a part of the NPS family of companies since 2004. In 2006, NPS’ legal department, under Rich’s leadership, was named as one of the Ten Most Innovative Legal Departments in Corporate America by Inside Counsel. Rich earned his B.A. from Miami University and his J.D. from Indiana University.
This year Rich also helped lead the NPS team to victory in the company softball tournament, and he’s only 2 shy of having his own baseball team at home. Based out of Cincinnati, OH, Rich and his wife Karen have a full house with sons Duke, Ike, Moey, Joop, and Matty.
Meet Tom Fleissner
Director of Special Projects
With a wealth of industry knowledge and a tireless dedication to make our company stand out in vendor services, Tom is an invaluable asset to the NPS family. Tom first joined the team back in 2000 and since that time has been instrumental in managing such departments as Training and Development, Fashion Lighting, and Resets.
Today Tom helps manages the day to day operations of the Mooresville support team and is the point person for the development of scheduling and management systems used to direct and monitor field performance.
Tom and wife Linda reside in Mooresville with their two children David and Lizz and dogs Buster and Brandy. When not on the clock, Tom likes rooting for the Green Bay Packers, boating and hitting the open road on his motorcycle…better known as Ruby.
Meet Jen Reno
Director of Human Resources
As the Director of Human Resources in the NPS Corporate Office, Jen started at with our organization as the Benefits Manager in 2005. At the beginning of 2007, in addition to supporting employee benefits, Jen expanded her scope of responsibility to include the Human Resources function for IMPACT Resource Group as the HR Manager. Most recently, she held the position of HR Manager - West Coast Operations where she supported the West Coast with all of their daily HR related questions and concerns.
Jen received her undergraduate degree in Human Resources from Texas A&M University and her Master’s degree at University of Dallas. In 2008, she obtained her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification.
Outside of work, Jen likes to stay active by running and cycling. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her husband Brad, their 3 dogs Milo, Mia and Chewy. Jen’s bubbly and enthusiastic personality makes her a great fit for supporting our employees.
